Saturday, November 29th – Regular Board Meeting, Sheptytsky Institute, Saskatoon. 10:00 a.m. Followed by Moleben and Panakhyda, lunch and Annual General Meeting at The Dormition of the Blessed Mother of God Parish, 105th Street, Saskatoon. These activities begin at noon and will conclude celebration of the 50th Anniversary of opening ceremonies of the Institute.
2002
Saturday, February 2nd – Board-Staff Retreat, Think-Tank & Strategizing Day, Sheptytsky Institute
The day will be spent in reviewing Where We’ve Been and Come From, Where We Are, and Where We’re Going. The purpose of this day is to get a sense of a direction for Sheptytsky Institute as it embarks into the 21st Century.
Saturday, March 9th – Regular Board Meeting, St. Basil’s Church, Regina, Saskatchewan
The purpose of holding the meeting in Regina is to give the Board members from the south a “travel break”, and to begin to increase the Institute’s exposure and visibility in our Eparchy and its communities.
Sunday, April 7th – Speelne Svyachene (Easter Breakfast)
Students, Board Members and representatives from the Saskatoon Ukrainian Catholic parishes are invited to this traditional celebration.

Students, Board members, representatives from the Saskatoon
Ukrainian Catholic parishes, alumni and supporters of the Institute will be invited to attend the Divine Liturgy for the intention of the beatification of the Servant of God Metropolitan Andrew Sheptytsky. A Panakhyda for all deceased rectors, alumni, staff, board members and students will also be celebrated. This will be followed by a Brunch.

- Annual Meeting of the Metropolitan Sheptytsky Society, Sheptytsky Institute, 1:00 p.m. Anyone who is a member of a Ukrainian Catholic parish in the Eparchy of Saskatoon (Province of Saskatchewan) is welcome to attend this Annual Meeting.
