2009 - 2010 Residence Notes - Please Mark Your Calendar March 31 • Deadline to apply for summer accommodation. You must register with the residence office if you wish to reside at Sheps for any period during May to August. Meal service is not provided. Friday, April 2 • Good Friday stat. Holiday meal schedule. Thursday, April 8 • Year-end resident BBQ. April 9 - 30 • Lunch at noon only. Evening 'brain break' snacks (Sunday to Friday). 24 hour quiet time in effect. Monday, April 12 • Traditional Ukrainian Easter meal @ noon. Friday, April 23 • Dishes and cutlery count. Friday, April 30 • Last resident meal at noon. Section 6.f Conditions of Occupancy guide • At the end of the second semester (April) students are to vacate their rooms within 24 hours after writing their last exam. Special conditions must be discussed in advance with the General Manager, and notice must be submitted in writing, by the resident, following discussion. Please see Conditions of Occupancy for details on the above and other points of note. |

• No bikes, blades, rollers or sporting activities in hallways at anytime. Bike storage in resident rooms is not allowed. These activities are in violation of articles of the Conditions of Occupancy and are subject to fines. • Kindly respect the facility and other residents by ensuring that you clean-up after yourself before you leave the washroom, dining, tv or computer rooms - or any other public area in and around Sheptytsky Institute. And, don't forget to respect yourself. Thank-you!

Visitor meal rates Breakfast: $4 Lunch / weekend brunch: $6 Supper: $8 Payable at the time of your visit to kitchen or residence office staff prior to going through the buffet line. Please bring the correct change. Meal times are posted. Dining room etiquette: Kindly remove your hat. Tops, bottoms, and footwear must be worn. |
