Term of Office
Board members are appointed for three (3) year terms. The dates of appointment are staggered to ensure continuity of experience and involvement. An effort is made to provide representation from all parts of Saskatchewan.Meetings of the Board
Regular board meetings are held four times a year, usually in Saskatoon. Reports are presented by the Chair, the Manager, the Campus Pastoral Minister, Student Council representatives and committees of the board.The annual meeting is held in late November or early December at the Institute in Saskatoon. Everyone who belongs to a Ukrainian Catholic parish in the Eparchy of Saskatoon (province of Saskatchewan) is entitled and welcomed to attend the Annual Meeting.
Special meetings are called, when required, by the Chair of the Board.
